工作职责：
项目进度管理-与开发人员一起将新的项目分为各个任务，并对项目时间进行评估。监督各个任务的完成进度，确保项目按时完成。
测试-测试项目中的新功能，确保该功能在任何情况下都能正常工作。
需求管理－保持客户与团队成员对于需求和进 度的实时更新及同步确切了解，保证自己确切了解客户与团队成员的需求和渴望，语言要求中英文。
维护-与客户共同解决他们在操作过程中遇到的困难，确认客户的问题属于错误/任务/新需求，为技术人员提供详细的出错报告。
培训与文档-对新系统为客户进行培训，撰写培训文档，使客户可以很快掌握新系统功能，减少维护工作。

解决问题的能力/创造性思维－可以通过不清晰的客户需求发现客户真正需要解决的问题，了解到新的系统或者功能是否可以真正的满足客户的需求。
工作经验? -理工科背景并有软件开发经验者优先，但不是必须。
Responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT SCHEDULE - Work with developers to break new
projects/features into tasks; Gather time estimates and commitments from team members; supervise progress on different tasks and assure their timely implementation
TESTING - Test new features developed for the project. Try everything to make them fail so we can ensure products are both robust and bulletproof.
CORRESPONDENCE - Keep clients and team members up-to-date on all issues and progress and make sure you always know about their needs and desires. Correspondence is done in Chinese and English.
TROUBLESHOOTING - Work with clients to figure out where they are having difficulties with certain features; determine if client issues are bugs/features/omissions; create bug reports that allow developers to quickly reproduce and pinpoint the cause of any bugs.
TRAINING & DOCUMENTING - Help step clients through new features and create documentation that allows users quickly get up to speed on new
features/software and reduce support calls.

accomplish with their software and willing to learn about their business to ensure that the features being developed will be immediately understood and appreciated by users at all levels of the business.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE? - Prior experience with or academic background in technologies related to software development is a plus but not required.
