职位描述: MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payroll Outsourcing project
Working in partnership with HR and the payroll vendor, to ensure the Hewitt Payroll implementation
is implemented successfully for the Greater China Businesses.
Involvement in the Payroll outsourcing projects, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
Involved in the relationship with Hewitt for all issues relating to the Payroll implementation in Greater China, ensuring all business and legal requirements for Greater China operations are incorporated in system blueprint and associated process maps.
Review all activities/process relating to Greater China Payroll in current state, and identify issues and process improvement requirements.
Implement process improvement initiatives to ensure all activities in Greater China payroll are compliant and as agreed.
2. Ongoing Payroll operation
Partner with China Business HR / Finance to ensure China Payroll meets expectations and any identified issues are prioritised and managed for resolution in an agreed timeframe.
Support all internal/external and local Audit and compliance activities associated with activities in Greater China.
3. Other responsibilities assigned after 12 months
There could be other responsibilities assigned by management after 12 months considering smooth and efficient Payroll operation running in Greater China.
THE PERSON
Education/Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Commerce / Finance or related field required.
Relevant Experience:
Payroll Outsourcing Project Experience
Payroll System Experience
Strong China Payroll / Compensation & Benefits Knowledge would be a plus
Professional Attitude, with ability to work with multiple partners.
Excellent Communication Skills
C&B / Payroll experience
Strong English Language abilities
