ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define, recommend and coordinate development/maintenance strategies for the data warehouse and develop and maintain Business Objects Reports;
* Work with business functions to understand the need for automated reporting and drive the implemen-tation;
* Visualisation of key business figures in a business cockpit (MIS);
* Implement and support training for Business Objects users; participate in projects where data warehouse is involved.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* BE/MCA/Stat/Operation Research/Economics
* Business Objects/OLAP/PL/SQL/SQL/Data Warehouse
* Proven Experience with BO, OLAP Reporting (MS Analysis etc.)"
DESIRED:
* Strong database background including Oracle, Sybase, Informix, DB2, etc
* Strong structure driven / analytical mindset
* PL/ SQL experience.
* Understanding of Data Warehousing (Business Intelligence) Databases.
* Understanding of UNIX operating system

GE started doing business in China as early as 1906 and was considered one of the most active foreign companies in the country at the time. In 1908, the first GE light plant was built in Shenyang.
