职位描述: Key duties:
Phone Handling
-Answer and divert incoming calls with a professional manner
Visitors Reception
-Visitors registration and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Distribution of mails and fax
-Distribute incoming mails/courier/document/faxes promptly and accurately.
-Keep a clear and organized record for all incoming and outgoing courier documents/packages
Office administration
-Manage office premise and equipment in good condition
-Contact with Telecom
-Assist in company event
Arrange hotel accommodation, ticket booking
Liaise with bank for disbursement
Requirements:
-Computer literacy in MS office.
-College degree, 1year related working experience.
-Good at written and spoken Chinese
-Open minded and good communication skill
