Internal Job Description:
Want to join the dynamic team that's working closely with business management to negotiate and deliver effective, efficient serivce impact on every area of our business? This is your opportunity to learn, hands on, about all aspects of administrating, developing and implementing our post-sales service!
-The CSR owns pro-active customer relationship with inbound and outbound calls, by connecting end-to-end processes with Engineers and Back Office order management for support.
-Focal point for handling customer escalations / providing issues resolutions, with in-depth expertise, and in close cooperation and support with business partners.
-Document customer feedback and initiate service recovery
-Owns pro-active relationship management with customers
-Act as contact point of customers
Internal Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree, related Customer service work experience is a plus
-Customer satisfaction oriented; Strong interest and passion in serving customers in a contact centre environment
-Excellent Communication skills in voice or written media, both in Chinese & English (CET-4 or above)
-Able to resolve problem and deliver commitment by initiating, advancing and managing the requests/issues to reach closure or resolution.
-Able to handle difficult situations by managing objections through effective negotiation and mediation and solving the problems effectively.
-Solid system application knowledge
-Excellent knowledge of PC tools
-Integrity
-Teamwork skills
-Ability to multi-task and work in a stressful environment
