1.Expert in C/C++
2.Very familiar with the various encryption algorithms
3.understand the benefits and the trade-offs (performance, security, etc)
4.implemented various key-based encryption, and management of the keys
5.Very proficient in designing/building cross-platform applications
6.Prepare testing environment and execute designed test cases manually or via existing scripts
7.Good team player
8.Excellent communication skills
9.Capable of using English in both oral and written
