Key Service:
1. Be “go to” person for the Regional PBU Manager  for purchasing for his PB
U 
2. Develop Strategic suppliers by product lines
3. Drive strategic sourcing and purchased part cost initiatives to achieve PBU
 objectives
4. Develop new & existing local suppliers capability to continually improve qu
ality delivery and cost to meet long term growth
5. Ensure purchased part capability to support flawless launches
6. Meet material cost targets for PBU
7. Drive material cost reduction initiatives to achieve EC4 Targets – Localiz
ation, P2P, Supplier Suggestions, right-sizing & EMAC Workshops
8. Support Flawless launch of all programs
9. Meet budget & headcount targets for PBU Purchasing
10. Ensure right people in right positions for purchasing management w/in PBU

11. Develop & execute capability plan that meets customer growth plans
12. Progression & succession plan developed & documented
 
 
Qualifications:
1. Empowered decision maker and relationship-builder with high integrity
2. History of managing ambiguity to define objectives and drive accountability

3. Mastery and commitment to quality and flawless launch, lean and cost/profit
 planning
4. Maturity to balance competing objectives and execute BU and DGSM strategy
5. Change leader with experience in multiple roles in a global high-tech or ma
nufacturing company
6. Over 8 years cross-functional experience and advanced degree preferred
