Responsibilities:
-Sales information collecting & reporting
-Arrange the meeting in the sales department
-As a coordination bridge between the sales department & the other department.
-Assist Sales Director and Shanghai Office Manager in daily work in daily business documentation
-In comply with “Customer First” principle.
Requirement:
-Fluent in Mandarin.
-Bachelor degree
-Good English skill
-Skillful with MS Office software, email communication skill is a must.
-good communication and interpersonal skills
