职位描述：
Responsibilities:
-Source local suppliers both for raw materials and outsourcing parts
-Negotiations and contract arrangement with suppliers
-Together with the QA department evaluate material and parts suppliers
-Together with the QA department, work on the incoming material quality control
-Supplier database develop
-Optimize cost, delivery and payment conditions to increase profitability of the company
-Work closely with the Engineering Department and the Production Department in order to ensure timely material supply
Requirements:
-University degree in Mechanical Engineering or other applicable fields
-Extensive experience from purchasing and supplier sourcing
-Experience of purchasing mechanical parts and raw materials
-Ability to develop and build relationships with and to control major suppliers
-Experience from MRP systems
-Good negotiation skills
-Good command of written and spoken English
-Good communication and coordination skills
