Location:浦东高桥，提供班车
Objectives:
In consultation with lab-engineer, responsible for all TPU-product releases, product specifications, KAP's (Customer product requirements) and customer complains. Acts as a link between production, supply chain management, marketing sales and QC/QM
Responsibilities:
Ensures all product data and releases being updated timely in SAP system.
Keep updated files for product specifications and KAP together with Production, Development and Marketing & Sales
Collects all necessary information from production and QC labs for material release.
Countercheck product data from QC Labs with product specification and KAP
Initiate product release in SAP system
In case of mismatch initiate appropriate action e.g. double-check of material properties in consultation with production, QC Labs and/or Tech Lab and product development
Communicate with all relevant department for product quality improvements
Initiates improvements, updates and optimisations of process and systems used for product release, QC- and SCM- processes.
Coordinate customer complains and ensures products and process improvements are executed. In regards to customer complains consult and coordinate with all relevant departments in the company
Keep updated files on customer complains and hold regular meetings with product and customer service relevant departments to ensure best quality of products and services to customers.
Prepare statistics on customer complains and improvement measure
Keep contact with site QM for general issues and participate in audit related to QC
Substitute production coordinator in case of absence
Requirements:
University or above, major in business, chemical or mechanical.
Good command of SAP system.
Working with chemical business background is preferred.
Good computer operation skill including good knowledge of Micro software is MUST
Good command of English, in speaking and in written.
Working hard and precisely.
QC / QM background would be preferable
