职位描述：
Base:Shekou, Shenzhen
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist in receival and preparation of tools for water blasting, inspection and coating.
Set up and store inspection equipment, shop tools and inspection consumables after use.
Conduct hands on NDT inspections, rental tubulars/tools inspections and maintenance, (high pressure water blasting and application of corrosion inhibitors. Acceptance and rejection to be confirmed and decided by a certified Level 2 inspector.A trainee or level 1 inspector may not sign final inspection reports.
Assist in housekeeping of inspection area, tubular storage yard, cleaning yard, etc.
Initiative in taking appropriate steps in the prevention, correction of Non conformances re inspections and others involving inspections indirectly.
Perform his daily duties in cooperation with workmates and superiors, work as a team.
Ensure to stay in line with standard company administrative, safety policies, work instructions, in the discharge of his daily duties.
Update knowledge thru familiarization with new inspection methods, skills, new drilling tools, know their basic functions and apply the appropriate inspection Acceptance Standard. Familiarize self thoroughly with the interpretation and application of various Acceptance Standards, e.g., API Specs and Recommended Practices, DS-1 Manual, related ASTM specs, and proprietary Inspection Guidelines.
Discharge his duties with little or no supervision. Conduct himself independently as ASNT Level 2 inspector, after certification to Level 2.
Impart any relevant technical knowledge, safety, health and environmental issues to his workmates assisting him in daily inspection work
Be willing to travel and perform inspection works in remote locations, including on and offshore rigs, pipe yards, both local and foreign sites as may be required.
Requirements:
Communication skills, both written and oral, in English

Some background or previous experience in oilfield work or related industry
Computer literacy
High School graduate or University Level
Engineering Degree, Major in NDT or Tech'l./ Vocation School certificate in electrical, mechanical or Industrial Technology
Previous certificate in ASNT Level 2 in MT, PT and UT, per SNT-TC-1A, current ed.
