Job Description:
Daily assistance to Managing Director
1.Participate in meetings , responsible for taking notes and minutes
2.Translating and processing documents and letters as assigned by MD
3.Handling phone calls and letters for MD and receiving visitors
4.Arrange meetings for MD and deliver oral instructions
5.Follow up tasks assigned by MD
6.Other assignments by MD
7.Facilitating knowledge/information sharing among the management team
8.Translate related company documents
9.Communication and contacts between company different departments
10.Other temporary assignments

Key Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, majoring in Administration, English language,etc.
2.A good communicator and team player capable of managing multi-priorities
3.Quick in learning and being detail oriented
4.A self-starter with a passion for administrative support roles
5.Able to grasp key points of meeting and summarize minutes
6.Farmiliar with general social courtesies
7.Strong oral and written language capability in English and Mandarin
8.Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and email
