职位描述：
1) Master degree preferred, bachelor degree with strong academic background or experience will also be considered.
2) Must be proficient in circuit behavior modeling, CMOS transistor-level circuit design, High power design techniques and solid understanding of CMOS device/processes and analog IC layout.
3) Experience with design of linear regulators, switching regulators, low drop out (LDO) regulators and battery management circuits is a plus.
4) Proficient in the following tools also strongly desired: Cadence analog/mixed-signal design environment, Matlab, Spectre/Hspice.
5) Communicative, team oriented and dedicated.
6) Good fundamental knowledge and a willingness to learn is a must. Must be able to work independently without excessive supervision.
