Department Description:
Oracle with the Siebel product is the world's leading provider of customer-facing software including CRM, Business Intelligence, and Data Integration solutions that help organizations of all sizes achieve outstanding business results. We're seeking experienced, talented people who are dedicated to helping companies build their business around their customers. Oracle Consulting Services Front Office Delivery works with customers at each phase of the Siebel solution life cycle to target their business objectives and monitor their progress to insure the solution reduces short-term risk and delivers long-tern value. This increases return on investment because the implementation is done once and done right the first time.
Brief Description:
Lead in CRM integration implementation using Siebel application. Familiar with telco, finance (banking) and consumer goods industry trends to advise customers. Display leadership abilities in the development of strategy deliverables as well as analysis, design, build, and implementation of deliverables. Participate in functional and technical roles in implementation projects.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Client facing senior consulting role responsible for leading and implementing project activities from requirements gathering through successful implementation of Siebel product.
2. Responsible for managing smaller projects or segments of larger projects.
3. Proactively build and maintain confidence of clients and colleagues.
4. May support business development activities or participate on multiple projects at the same time.
5. Supervises and reviews work of less experienced personnel.
6. Technical responsibilities include gap analysis, interface agreement definition, cross-system process flow definition, integration solution design, build/configuration, testing, deployment, and data migration.
7. May need to travel nationwide or overseas from time to time. Must be willing to travel at least 80%
