1，公司介绍：

Groupe Bernard Hayot  (ww***.fr[点击查看]) is an international group, specialized in c
ar import and distribution.

Created in 1960 by Mr. Bernard HAYOT, the group develops very fast in industri
al activities (Food, building materials) and import of brand products. In the
80s, the group started what became its main activities: Hyper markets and supe
rmarket distribution (Food and others) and automotive distribution. Today, GBH
spends most of its resources in developing those two fields.

For the car distribution, GBH is the exclusive importer and distributor of Ren
ault, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Audi, Mitsubishi, Nissan… and many other European
, Japanese and American brands. We own our own distribution network in our mar
kets. The group also owns many car renting companies in the Caribbean. (Europc
ar, ADA…). Nowadays, we also export cars of Chinese brands to our subsidiarie
s in Morocco, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic and Algeria.

Regarding the supermarket distribution, the group owns and manages 5 Carrefour
Hyper-markets. GBH also owns 9 Mr Bricolage. (French Do-It-Yourself franchise
).
We also produce Rum and distribute many brands. (Danone, Mars, Yves Rocher…)


GBH opened its Shanghai Representative Office in 2005. The purpose is to enabl
e GBH to be closer to its suppliers and to help coordinate the exchanges betwe
en China and the different branches that belong to GBH.

PROFILE :

- Chinese citizen,
- BA degree or engineer background,
- Fluent in English and French
- Computer skills (word, excel, access..),
- Free to travel within China,
- Good communication skills


JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Report directly to Automotive Division Manager.

Car business:

- Insure daily coordination between Chinese manufacturers and GBHs’ subsidiar
ies in Morocco, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic and Algeria,
- Follow-up shipments, book freight space, insure quality/packaging controls,
negotiate prices,
- Independent and autonomous, be able to replace Division Manager when on busi
ness trip,
- Visit frequently car manufacturers to develop partnership,
- Assist Division Manager in daily tasks,
- Data collecting : Being able to follow the trends of the market in both loca
l and international market.


Tire business

- Manage whole project, from sourcing to shipments to GBHs’ subsidiaries,
- Negotiate exclusive distribution of brands on our territories,
- Responsible for business development,
- In contact with the suppliers and the customers, you need great communicatio
ns skills.
