Position: Intern PR Assistant 

The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) China Office is recru
iting an intern PR Assistant for a 12-months duration. The candidate will be w
orking with the Communications Officer in Shanghai on PR and Advertising work,
 web editing a couple of logistics. 

Job Description:

-	Processing office documents
-	Help draft media articles, and do press clippings
-	Portal website update and editing on a regular basis  
-	Online promotional works
-	Assist in maintaining media relations and media hosting in CIMA events

Job Requirements:
·	Junior University Student (third year or second year) in a Economics or Med
ia background is preferred
·	Strong English and Chinese writing skills, fluent spoken English
·	Good communication and teamwork skills
·	An ability to work proactively and to take full responsibility, be able to 
work on multitasks
·	Experience on Web developing/editing is a plus
·	Experience on student journalism work is a plus
·	Strong Microsoft Word/Outlook/ /Excel skills essential, graphic design skil
ls would be even better

The successful candidate will be working 3 days a week on a regular basis, wit
h some requirements for more working days in busy season.
