- Capable of managing yourself – we will give you important projects and make you responsible to complete them
- Ability to apply immediately what you learn on the job
- Detail oriented – The small details have a huge impact on success
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends to complete important projects as needed
- Need to have a great sense of humor
