- Building Facilities and Production Machineries Maintenance
Department :Operations Department
Reports To :Maintenance Manager
Overall Responsibility
·Ensure that all utilities installations such as air compressors, boilers, chillers, air-conditioning system and electrical installations are maintained and running at optimum efficiency.
·Production machineries installation, modification and maintenance.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
·Co-ordinate and involved in the routine maintenance of utilities equipments and production machineries.
·Daily recording and monitoring of mechanical equipment.
·Involve in all new installations.
·Modification works on production and supporting equipments.
·Day to day maintenance of plant facilities such as boiler, ventilations, refrigeration compressors and other common facilities.
·Ensure mechanical equipment and installation is operational safe and complies with local legal legislation.
Experience Requirement
This post requires experience in a highly automated environment with strong working experience in plant facilities in the following areas, Chiller units, air handling units, gas and steam boilers mechanical gear pumps. The individual will have a proven track record of contributing to the development and performance of planned preventative maintenance and will have worked in an environment where the general workload is planned. Equally important is extensive knowledge of local legal legislation on health and safety in the work place.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
