职位描述：
IT Engineer
Job Duties:
-Responsible for assisting users in resolving IT issues as a first line support, answering queries concerning usage of standard applications and IT services and servicing request type calls.
-Assist in new system or application implementations
-Configure new PCs and perform troubleshooting
-Provide IP Telephony and Audio Visual support
-Perform daily IT operations
Requirements:
-Degree holder or above in IT or other related disciplines
-At least one year of servicing end users experience
Good knowledge of PC windows environment, standard MS applications (e.g. MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Exchange) and Windows Servers
-Initiative, good team work and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule
-Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
-Good command of English is a must
