职位描述:
    This position is responsible for being the right hand of Vanguard's China Manager, by assisting him in a wide range of tasks. The candidate must be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin, as well as efficient on basic computer usage (Word, Excel, email, Internet navigators). Will serve as translator when required, as well as having to travel around China with the Manager for business trips. On the other side, he/she and will have to take care of several office related issues like payments of salaries, expense reports preparation, purchasing of office equipment, etc…


    Principal Responsibilities: (Activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned to the position)

    (1) Assist the Sales & Procurement Manager in all areas where he/she is requested. Will also have to reply emails to customers when the situation or the Manager request so. It will be extremely important his/her job when the Manager is not in China (often).

    (2) Serve as translator when required, as well as having to travel around China and the different fruit production provinces with the Manager for business trips.

    (4) Establish a healthy relationship with the other members of the China office.

    (5) Preparation of Expense Reports.

    (6) Preparation of any kind of Report requested by the Office Manager.

    (6) Payment of Social Insurance costs, Electricity bills, Phone bills and any other expense incurred by the Office or the Sales & Procurement Manager.

    (7) Represent Vanguard in varied professional environments.

    (15) Assume responsibility for other duties as assigned from time to time.
