They invent, develop, bring to market and support customers with leading-edge NOR and NAND flash memory products. This dynamic group is strategically positioned to become a serious player in the relatively new NAND market while retaining our number one position in NOR.
Description
Job Description:
Responsible for the package designs to meet the defined requirements, including test vehicle designs for new technology certification and flash product package designs with low cost and quick TPT.
Define and document package design requirements and design the package to meet these requirements
Most of the current designs are substrate designs for SCSP (stacked chip scale package)
Qualifications
You should possess a Master or Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Additional qualifications include:
- Understanding of physical design, reliability, thermal, electrical, and mechanical aspects of packaging, assembly process and/or manufacturing and cost
- Good communication skills
- Strong background in electrical and mechanical
- Extensive experience with Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) design and/or layout
