MI&CRMS Officer/Clerk  Post Date: 31 Jan 07 

Job duties:
 
?nbsp;        Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MI (Management of Information)

reports relating to branch and staff sales performance, channel development,

financial performance review for department management.
?nbsp;        Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for reporting to Asia Area

Office
?nbsp;        Create and modify reports as requested by PFS Management
?nbsp;        Ad hoc analysis for PFS management decision making
?nbsp;        Design and run Business Objects (a querying tool access database

) reports for various business related analysis
?nbsp;        Review and maintain CRMS (Customer Relationship Management Syste

m) procedures and manual
?nbsp;        Support sales campaigns through reporting and analyzing CRMS dat

a
?nbsp;        Assist in promoting CRMS usage
 
Job requirements:
 
?nbsp;        Bachelor degree or above in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics,

Statistics or Economics, Finance, Business Administration. Graduate from reput

able university would be considered as first priority
?nbsp;        Solid experience in MI preparation and reporting of sales result

/performance from MNC ideally in banking industry (at least 3 years for office

r and 1 year for clerk).
?nbsp;        Highly proficient in Excel knowledge (formulas, data manipulatio

n and sorting, pivot tables, graphs). Experience with advanced Excel knowledge

(VBA, Macros) and SQL programming or database management
?nbsp;        Fluent in both oral and written English
?nbsp;        Detail oriented with good team spirit, interpersonal and communi

cation skills
