Operation Department

Quality Engineer

Essential Responsibilities:
-Monitoring all quality control as required in IGI,PQC,FQC,OQC Process
-Make a relevant statistics and submit the related monthly and weekly report
-Keep related information being tracking and related staff informed about the tracking information
-Make sure all the updated documentation being implemented sufficiency and efficiently

Requirements:
-University Degree in Mechanicals
- Ability of the summarization and statistics must be requested.
-Good English in oral, reading and writing.


Manufacturing Engineer
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, improve fiber connectorization and fiber optics manufacturing processes.
- Originate and implement cost reduction efforts that innovate product design and production processes to reduce costs while improving product quality and value.
- Provide support to troubleshoot production equipment, processes, and technical problems.
- Design, procurement and qualification of tooling and processes for optimal production efficiency, including necessary capital expenditure justification and implementation.
- Review engineering documentation for accuracy and producibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in engineering, technical, or related science discipline
- Good command of English
- Quick Leaner

Engineering Department

Engineering Changing Administrator (技术文档管理员)

Responsibilities:

The ECA role will implement changes to internal Syteline/SAP system. These changes requests may come from engineering product Management, and/or customer service. This Person will maintain data accuracy of the internal systems and implement rules for making changes. There will be a lot of data entry to clean up existing data before migrating to SAP
- Work with Maintain Syteline data within ADC
- Control changes requested and only execute to new engineering procedures
Requirements
- Associate Degree or above
- Have computer related experience is prefered
- Good command of Spoken and Written English

Quality Department

                                                                

Quality Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

- Lead the effort in devising and implementing ISO and other quality assurance, as well as continuous improvement programs and initiatives
- Manage and supervise product quality engineering on products and processes.
- Lead the effort in resolving customer returns goods and quality complaints, and MRB materials. Implementing, documenting, analyzing, and reporting the effectiveness of various corrective actions plans.
- Work with procurement on vendor qualifications and implementing vendor surveillance programs.
- Supervise documentation management.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, with 5 years of working experience and 2 years of supervisory role in manufacturing operations.
- 5 years experience with manufacturing quality control, supplier quality process improvement and vendor management, as well as customer management
- Experience with design, management and auditing of quality systems, including ISO 9000.

- Fluent in English both written and spoken

Senior Quality Engineer  

Essential Responsibilities:

- Actively work on going supplier management initiatives, taking a leadership role on all quality assurance related issues. Provide technical support in the areas of supplier quality, supplier selection, and supplier technology assessments.

- Perform quality management system assessments on suppliers (both existing suppliers and potential new suppliers)

- Develop, implement and continually improve component and product evaluation and qualification testing.  Review documentation for compliance with internal and external requirements.  

- Lead quality improvement efforts as requested by manager. Prepare replies to customer inquiries concerning product compliance to internal and external quality and reliability specifications.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

- 3~5 years related experiences in JV, familiar with optical telecom products experience is preferred.

- Has clear and flexible supplier management concept and experience;

- Good command of English and computer skills
