Title: Channel Sales Department Assistant (6-month contractor) This role will directly report to Asia Pacific Channel Sales VP, a foreigner, who is based in Main Responsibilities: Ÿ Organize meetings, events and activities as required and coordination. Ÿ Maintain calendar, arrange appointments and schedule meetings as required. Ÿ Maintain database and contacts records. Ÿ Perform travel arrangements as required Ÿ Translate related documents and Serve as an interpreter (Chinese/English) for meetings as required Ÿ Other duties as assigned by management to include assisting our marketing and inside sales team on database and contact management support. ...... Requirements: Ÿ Fluent in English (Oral and Written), prefer CET-6 and above, Ÿ Above College degree. Ÿ Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email messaging tools. Ÿ Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment. Ÿ Being able to manage multiple tasks and know how to prioritize Ÿ Nice personality and team work spirit Ÿ Being very responsible and detailed Welcome those who now are studying for master degree but have not graduated and can provide continuous fulltime work till September 2007.
