职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
Secure long term capacity
Verify GF, resolve constrains, work with suppliers to manage buffers (intra supply chain and finished goods)
Manage allocations
In times when supply is less than demand manage the allocation and make sure that suppliers are shipping correct volumes to correct sites
Analyse supply chain
Adapt Capacity verification concept to fit the mechanics commodity and create an overview of each of the suppliers in the commodity.
Supplier Management
Develop supplier base, negotiate deals with supplier, train suppliers and review their performance
Analysis and Reporting
Observe technical and industrial trend, conduct self-assessment to discover problems and drive to solution, track relevant documents, arrange weekly con-call and prepare monthly reports
Other Tasks
Fulfill other relative tasks assigned by manger in accordance with business needs.
Relevant experience
University degree required
Must have purchasing, MRP and supply chain management experience
Background from purchasing, ideally from mobile phone production
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
Must be fluent in English
Will be working in a very dynamic, fun team so a fun, dynamic, team-oriented personality a huge plus
Needs to be open-minded, meticulous and a self-starter
Strong analytical skills needed
Strong presentation skills required.
Must have a strong ethical and professional background.
Must be a strong negotiator
