Position Summary:
This position is for rotational assignments in the Textron Leadership Program: Integrated Supply Chain. It is a leadship development position for entry-level undergraduate degreed employees to gain practical experience in a range of Supply Management functional areas.

Major Responsibilities:
Each six-month assignment will be placed in a different functional area within Supply Management, based on business unit placement and specific business needs.

Education:
BS in Engineering

Qualification:
1.Ability to work in a team environment
2.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
3.Good problem solving and project management skills
4.Strong negotiation skill
5.Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning tools and techniques
6.Strong experience with personal computing(word processing, spreadsheet,e-mail,Internet)
7.High level of diplomacy and ability to relate to people at all levels
8.Previous experience or exposure to Manufacturing processes and capablity,company products,technology and finance requirements a plus
