职位描述：
Tasks:
- Receiving, copying, filing and maintaining the quality system document and technical document, including maintaining confidential files; responsible for safeguarding confidential data;
- Translating, typing, editing, copying, checking document for the process owners and the team members, including typing correspondence, presentation materials, statistics, reports, ect.;
- Distributing, filing document for the process owners and the team members;
- Transmit messages, make meeting arrangements/appointment, receive visitors;
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the process owner.
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Job Language:EN
Knowledge/Languages:
- Very fluent in English; speaking German is a plus
Experience:
- Very skillful in Micro Office
Capabilities:
- Good communication skills
Additional Information:
- Working 5 days per week preferred.
