Responsibilities
Join Intel's Digital Enterprise Group (DEG) as part of the Performance and Com
petitive Marketing Team. In this position, you will be working in a team in Sh
anghai to

perform performance and competitive benchmarking for Intel's enterprise platfo
rms. You will be responsible for the set up and/or tuning of server configurat
ions for

performance and platform scalability testing, creating comparative analysis fr
om the data, developing technical presentations of platform performance. The o
utcome is

the creation of server platform proof points (empirical evidence that server o
f one platform is better than another) with the SPECJBB* and SPECCPU* benchmar
ks.
In addition, you will take charge of lab management. Meanwhile you will help m
anager to track all equipments in server lab and allocate them for different p
rojects.

Qualification:
I You should be enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Com
puter Science. Additional qualifications include:
- Fundamentals of microprocessor architecture, especially Core 2 Duo and Intel
® Xeon® processors
- Understanding of the elements of computer systems and their performance impl
ications
- Experience installing, configuring and optimizing with Windows* and Linux*

- Independent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Detail orientation
- Experience running benchmarks such as SPECJBB*, SPECCPU*, LINPACK*, Fluent*
would be an added advantage
- Solid English written and verbal communication skills would be an added adva
ntage
