REQUIREMENTS:
Goals/Mission:
- Development of Market Intelligence for I&S China
- Continuous screening, updating and reporting of customer, competitor and market activities and movements for all I&S relevant Sectors

Working Partners / Contacts:
- Coordination with BU needs and HQ activities regarding Market intelligence
- Internal: GM/ GM BA, Corporate Function
- External: Market Research Insititutes; other market Research resource

Tasks:
- Screening of exsiting market intelligence information
identify BU and Business needs in terms of market intelligence
- Benchmark MI activities with other groups
- Develop a regular MI report for the BU
- Maintain regular MI reporting for BU
- Coordinate MI activities with HQ
- Continous market observation and information screening(internal and external)

Education:
- Bachelor
- Advanced English
- Job Language:EN

Knowledge/Languages:
- Profound knowledge of Market intelligence business
- Profound knowledge of social economics
- Structure thinking
- Self initiative
- Social competence
- Networking skills
- Team work

Experience:
- years experience in Market intelligence or business development work;
experienced in working together with foreign colleagues or customers
