职位描述：
This is a full-time position.Rotational shift work required.
As a member of SolutionInc's team, the Junior Systems Engineer will be tasked with providing SolutionIP technical support using phone/email and other communication mediums.
The ideal candidate will possess the qualifications:
Qualifications:
College diploma in computer-related discipline or equivalent experience.
Basic knowledge of the concepts of computer science and software and hardware engineering.
Basic knowledge of technical support issues including call and trouble ticket tracking.
Basic Database concepts.
Basic computer network concepts.
UNIX/LINUX knowledge.
Windows/NT/MacOS experience.
Help Desk technical support experience preferred.
Multilingualism would be considered an asset.
