 1. Help Delegation EHS department to make 2006 China accidents statistics (re
ad all accident analysis and make a resume through excel, then consolidation i
nto ppt)
 2. Make 2006 China environmental data analysis. The data come from Group repo
rting online system. 
3. Logistic support for EHS meeting in March (participants contact, hotel rese
rvation, bus, meeting materials…)
 4. News Letter translation and other documents reading.
 5. EHS China personnel contact list update (excel + phone calls).
 6. Update people review (ppt) with information EHS coordinator provides.  	

Qualifications： 
Typical Education Level教育背景: University student.
 * Experience: At least one internship experience
 * Specialized knowledge and skills特殊技能: Good excel and writing skills, au
tonomic, problem solving, hard worker, good interpersonal contact.
 * Language skills 语言: Chinese and English mandatory.	
Key Relationship: 工作关系	
 Internal对内: Relations with Delegation EHS project manager, EHS coordinator,
 other department (Purchase, Finance, HR), EHS local SG people.
External对外: Relations with SG sites, other bodies (hotel, bus, printing serv
ices, medias…).	
Hierarchy： 职位等级
l Reporting to上级:  EHS Manager in SG Delegation China  	
International Dimension: 国际合作及规模	Saint Gobain China is a group with 49
