The Pilot Program for Cultural Dialogue
About PPCD
The Pilot Program for Cultural Dialogue (PPCD) was established in 2005 by a gr

he participating businesses will, in turn, benefit from exposure to Chinese bu
siness culture thus allowing them to better operate in or expand into the Chin
ese market. PPCD requires that all of its interns are placed in bona fide trai
ning programs and not just in general employment.
