By leveraging Accenture’s BPO capability, organizations can achieve higher performance in enterprise processes at reduced costs. We provide industry-specific as well as cross-industry solutions, enabling clients to focus on core competencies and move to a higher level of performance. In China, Accenture established its BPO delivery centers in Shanghai and Dalian in early 2003. From there, Accenture provides services to 40 countries and support in 19 languages. Like the China Technology and Outsourcing Delivery Center in Dalian, the BPO delivery centers operate 24x7. Our BPO services include: Finance and Accounting (through Accenture Finance Solutions) Human Resources (through Accenture HR Services) Procure-to-Pay Services (through Accenture Procurement Solutions) Learning Solutions (through Accenture Learning) Capital Market, Insurance and Banking back-office processing Our BPO delivery centers in Shanghai and Dalian, with a geographic footprint targeting Japan, Korea and Asia Pacific clients provide services to clients on a global basis, and the APAC operations of the Multi-National Companies.
