TSO SMOS&MRAM: FSL smartmos technology development including process, device, device model and technology library
-> Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Responsible for process/device simulation, test case design for device and circuit, measurement setup, assistant CAE tool development
-> Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Master and above degree in semiconductor
- Solid knowledge in device physics, process, TCAD/spice simulation,
- Circuit design experence and programming skill are prefered
- Familar with EDA tool
