职位描述: Goals/Mission:
- Be member of the Business Administration team of AMC AA and take over responsibility for tasks in the area of reporting, controlling, project budgeting and controlling, as well as contract management
Working Partners / Contacts:
- BA related responsibilities for the region Asia Australia, including Middle East and South Africa (18 countries)
Tasks:
- Preparation of Financial Reports for AMC AA reporting to SLC and AMC HQ; Goal compliance with reporting requirement and timely issurance of reports
- Project / Service Budgeting and Controlling, in order to ensure accurate financial data on project and services;
- Preparation and negotiation of customer contracts; goal is issue offers and contracts tocustomer in timely and accurate manner
- Preparation and negotiation of Supplier Contract, in order to achieve cost savings from supplier management activities
Knowledge/Languages:
- Professional Knowledge: Experience in contract preparation, negotiation, and contract management
- Methodologies: Knowledge and experience in contract calculation, budgeting, project and service controlling
- Job Language:EN
Experience:
- Experience in IT Business (Projects and Ongoing Service)
- Experience in several Business Adminstration related functions
- Experience of working in international team and experience with customers in several countries (regional experience)
- Very good English language skills are required
