职位描述: Job Title: Account Coordinator (AC)
Immediate Supervisor: Account Executive or Account Supervisor
Position Summary:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for the planning and scheduling of the marketing program elements associated with each assigned project. The Account Coordinator assists the Account Executive or Account Supervisor in executing the program and monitoring to ensure the budget, billing and revenue are in line with the project’s expectations. The AC is responsible for the development of Client presentations pertaining to the project. (ie. Recaps, inventory control, schedules)
Specific Responsibilities:
-Manages administrative aspects of the project including client presentations, timeline management, communication/paperwork flow and sponsor liaison.
-Researches, negotiates & manages events for assigned areas and plans logistical requirements. (ex; scheduling & routing)
-Responsible for recruiting, training and interfacing with local event crew needed to execute the events.
-Is responsive to budget issues in order to maintain profitability of program.
-Prepares reports for management and client detailing event specifics (AAR, Quarterly Review Submissions, Annual Planning)
-Interfaces with client as required
-Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures pertaining to hiring, expenses and travel related to the program by screening and processing all purchase requests and expense reports.
-Assists Supervisors, ADs and VP in new business solicitation when applicable.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
An AC could manager field crew to ensure timely and profitable execution of the client’s program. The Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that everyone involved with the project follows all Relay policies and procedures. Account Coordinator input and decisions could impact project profitability.
Required Skills:
-Associates or Bachelor’s degree required.
-Experience in marketing related services; experience ‘on the road’ or agency internships a plus
-PC Skills – Word, Excel & Powerpoint
-English skills
-Individual must be a self-starter and exhibit organization, communication and administration skills; attention to detail is a must
-Person should show creativity and problem solving capabilities
