职位描述: Goals/Mission:
- Promote new business sales on Turbo Compressor, Keep close tie with key customers ,Coordinate order processing.
- Responsible for meeting the order income for China including spare parts, spare part management, repairs, retrofits, revamps, consulting and training, field service as well as maintenance agreements.
Working Partners / Contacts:
- Report to sales manager.
Tasks:
- Pursue new business opportunities by regular visiting the existing and new project stakeholhers, making presentations, clarifications etc to maintain the long term business relationship in the defined industries and/or Regions/and or account.
- Business information collection- collect and update (customer / business partners as well as competitor, and its product) via exhibition, seminars.
- Contribute to defining and implementing sales stratigies based on unqiue value propositions for each project/opportunity.
- Lead the project specific marketing and sales team during the tendering and negotiation phase up to closing the contract.
- During budget offer preparation, coordinates & distributes important inforamtion for price formulation, sales strategies, selling on TCO values, performance calculation etc.
- Assess the reality of request for tender via direct contacts with the industry ie. Client, client competitors, A/Es, contractors etc.
- Information abtained, togther with others will be used bid no bid decision making.
- Provide information (& prepare/participate as necessary) for Screening of Projects as required by the management review for a decision prior to a full bid preparation.
- Coordinate and support the proposal in firm offer generation with respective marketing departments in vasious Product Centers on design, costing and scheduling issues to ensure our offer matches the client requirements and consultant/client issued specifications.
- Ensures firm bid clarification with clients, local suppliers and consortium members runs accordingly with proper coordination and information distribution to relevant parties for proper and smooth discussion/meeting. Jointly makes decision with negotiation team members if additional resources of senior staff intervention is required during this period.
- To utilise, update and maintain any in-house database system ie.
- Lotus Notes database- by participation in providing information to ensure an up-to-date, accurate database for the defined industries and/or regions/and or account.
Knowledge/Languages:
- Business process analysis and modelling.
- Ability to use PC application.
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good technical knowledge of Gas turbine or steam turbine or turbo compressor.
- Good understanding power plants in various applications (open cycle, congeneration, combined cycle), or process in Oil and Gas and Chemicals.
- Conversant with general knowledge of the powerplant technologies or Oil and Gas Chemical and available concepts.
- Good communication skills to understand customer situation.Ability to structure situation and issues for peers and management.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to lead customer teams to win-win solutions. Ability to build awareness for the need of service and the associated economic value.

Experience:
- Long-term experience with the comissioning and operation
/maintenance of small and/or midsize GT required.
- Planning, purchasing and implementation of inspections for GT from an operator's point of view. Supervision of contractors and management of personnel during operation and maintenance activities.
- Experience in negotiating with contractors. Record of ability to generate win-win solutions in difficult situations.
- Chinese nationality, knowledgeable about differences between Chinese and Western culture. Short- or long-term stays abroad from China beneficial.
