职位描述：
Job Responsibility:(3 months intern)
1.First tier contact of all systems, log calls into system and escalate to 2nd tier support if necessary.
2.PC Hardware/ Software/ Accessories/ Telephone/ LAN/ Printer/ Fax/ Copier/ Project/ Video Conference Device setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
3.Install XP,Ofice, Project, TrendMicro,Acrobat, Project,Acdsee, Photoshop,Visio,Ciba Dictionary, WinRAR,etc.Use Ghost to multiply.
4.Support on USB disk, USB hub, scanner, printer, CDRW,DVDRW,etc.
5.Coach new PC users while delivering PCs.
6.Server Room Daily Check(temperature, humidity, backup status and server hardware)
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or college degree, majored in computer science or related. Welcome new graduates.
2.GOod oral and written English
3.Good communication skill.
