Member of a team vital to the success of services customers in Asia Pacific. The team works on closing and completing service work orders.
PROCESSES
Detailed Tasks:
Policies
Maintain procedures in compliance with NCR policies
Service Order Management
Investigate service calls to be closed but still not completed
Ensures that accurate customers, site & equipment information is captured via engineer’s work orders.
Ensures that non-service contract work is identified.
Responsible for researching CL work orders in Temp & Charge Territories.
Complete Work Orders.
Distribute Queried items as appropriate.
Act upon the replies.
Forward details of CE keying errors to country FOD to drive improvement via CE Compliance Reporting & Sea of Green Charts.
Responsibilities/Authorities
Responsible for delivering the following services:
Policy – adhering to procedures in compliance with CLIENT policy
Provide Internal & External Audit Support, review support, etc.
Accurate transaction execution consistent with CLIENT Revenue Recognition policies and procedures.
Record retention, EOJ, etc
Support eSCM, Process improvement and other initiatives
Provide support in resolving queries and issues
Comply with SLA requirements on TAT and accuracy
Emails / Voice mails or any other communication from the customer to be responded promptly
Participate in meetings, calls ,etc as required
Escalation procedure to be followed
