Responsibilities:
1.Specialists learn will serve Steering product lines (EPS and EPHS)
2.Specialists will focus on critical electronic suppliers/commodity
3.Perform analysis on current electronic supplier and ensure compliance with requirements
4.Utilize SQA and engineering standard metrics and methodology in dealing with different suppliers superiors
5.Interface/coordinate with electronics engineering group
6.Interface/coordinate with SDE and purchasing group
7.Conduct targeted audits and drive for closure of issue
8.Engage high profile/severity electronics quality concerns and issue closure
9.Establish and deploy "Electronics critical commodity supplier"audit and follow-up schedule
10.Control critical supplier reviews with assigned suppliers/commodity
Requirements:
1.Electronic Engineering degree
2.6Sigma Green or Black belt preferred
3.Deep electronic assembly,component,as well as mfg. process and Quality System control knowledge
4.Problem solving is also one of the attributes that the specialists will have to process
5.Extensive manufacturing and operations experience with emphasis on quality and supplier quality/development
