职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
－New Product Development
1、Implement product development from Pre-Study to Serial Production (Workability & QDC)
2、Do cost analysis, assembly process design, facilities and production system design
3、Construct routing and manufacturing BOM (VPM, SAP)
4、Manage pilot production
5、Implement pre-serial machine production
6、Draw and maintain work instruction sheet
－Quality improvement
－Productivity improvement of assembly engineering: line design (Process and Layout), line investment and improvement
－Maintaining work instruction sheet
－Development and maintenance of production system
－Implementation of global RAM project
Experience and Qualifications:
1、At least junior College’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering
2、Experience in manufacturing engineering or R&D preferred
3、Available for 3-D, 2-D CAD or basic knowledge
4、Overall knowledge for manufacturing engineering (process design, improvement, quality improvement)
5、Overall knowledge for technical field (drawing reading, jig & fixture design, machine, hydraulic, electric/electronic etc)
6、Good communication skills in English in both speaking and writing
