Job Responsibilities:
IBM Director is an integrated, easy-to-use suite of tools that provide customers with flexible systems management capabilities to help realize maximum system availability and help lower IT costs, it is strategic system management platform across all IBM eServers. We are working together with Austin development team on Director development for AIX & pLinux, including feature design, coding, unit test, bug fixing, level 3 support etc.

Job Requirements:
1> More than 2 years working experience in software design/development
2> Good programming skills in C/C++, Java, Shell scripting, experienced with makefile
3> Multiple threads programming experiences will be a plus
4> Familiar with Linux, AIX operating system, System p and System x

Qualifications:
1> Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science.
2> Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
3> Self-motivated to solve problems, quick learner
4> Has passion to get work done on schedule and good quality
5> Good team player
