Job Requirement：
-本科以上学历,工程及安全管理背景优先，应届生亦可；
Bachlor Degree at least,prefer major in Engineering or Safety management；
-1年在HSE,工程，生产领域的工作经验优先；
Prefer having 1 year experience in HSE or engineering or production；
-对于HSE原则有一定理解；
-Good understanding of HSE regulations；
-较强的人际关系处理以及沟通能力；
-Good interpersonal and communication skills；
-较好的英语口语以及书写能力；
-Excellent oral and written English skills；
-有较强的组织计划能力；
-Organization and planning skill。
Key Responsibilities
·确保金桥工厂符合国家，当地以及公司集团有关HSE 法规要求。
·Ensure national, local, company legal compliance of HSE in JQ factory.
·制订，维护，实施HSE 管理程序以符合川宁 HSE 方针。
·Prepare, maintain and implement HSE procedures according to Twiningsovo HSE guideline.
·建立并维护一个安全的工作环境。
• Develop and maintain a safe work environment.
·确保公司HSE的持续改进。
·Ensure continual improvement on HSE.
