职位：猎头调研员
要求：－专科以上学历；－应届毕业生；－英语或者英语听说良好、读写熟练；－良好的沟通、交际和表达能力。
职责：－分析“职位描述，搜集合适的候选人；－与候选人沟通，建立、维护良好的合作关系；－协助猎头顾问开展对不同行业的市场调研；－参与人才鉴别面试；－制作候选人简历推荐报告。

Researcher
Requirements:
College degree or above
One year working experience or university fresh graduated
Proficiency in written & spoken English and computer literacy
Excellent communication, expression and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Analyze JD and search suitable candidates.
- Communicate with candidates and keep good relationship.
- Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions;
- Make the cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone;
- Be responsible for conducting paper work;
- Get involved in some other relevant responsibilities.
- Attend interviews with his/her consultant if necessary
- Profile candidates’ reports,
* Arrange interviews and tell candidates the interview details.
