To become our Management Trainee, you need to:

be a fresh graduate in 2007
hold a bachelor's degree or above
be proficient in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing
be outgoing and open-minded
have excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
be good in communication, coordination and organizing
be creative and have a strong willingness and potential to learn and grow
