ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist engineers to develop the reverse engineering applications

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Strong background in optical technology particularly as related to metrology applications;
Understanding of optical instrumentation principles and practices;
Background in mechanical design principles;
Ability to develop data analysis code as related to optical measurement needs;
MS /Ph.D. (preferred) in optics, optical instrumentation, or mechanical engineering with emphasis in optical technology;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English;
The ability to drive continuous improvement and implement change.
