The Kineline Data Center was established in the year 1998 which gradually serves as the major external development and production department and engages the production of speech synthesis and speech recognition corpuses, page labeling and natural language processing, handwriting identification and collection and processing of other kinds of database, etc. It is regarded to be the first professional stage of speech technology facilitator and integrated data processing service.
