职位描述: Primary Purpose / Basic Function:
Ensure and lead the interface between the ETAS global product development and marketing organization and the local Chinese sales and support organization. Responsible for managing all new product requests towards product development as well as the deployment (including sales support) of new products in the local market.
Key Job Responsibilities:
-Collection and analysis of user requirements and market trends
-Integration of Chinese pilot customers in the ETAS product development process
-Participation in the generation of URDs (user requirement documents) and business plans for new ETAS products and the tracking of these URDs in the context of global product management
-Responsibility for the introduction of new ETAS products in the local market(?test, product launch, internal product training)
-Ensure and develop the local product expertise for new products
-Ensure the availability of information for the major products and their use cases(including the customer value based marketing information)
-Particpate in the development and the roll-out of sales strategies for new products
-Coordination of activities with global product marketing and other regional business developers
Requirements:
-Graduate from an excellent engineering university with an additional orientation towards business administration or marketing
-Successful experience in the automotive industry or other industries dealing with complex products/systems(knowledge of embedded control systems is a big plus)
-Experience in B2B marketing
-Excellent interpersonal skills related to customer interaction and internal cross-functional teamwork
-A high level of sensitivity for employee and customer concerns is required, based on the expected "high stress environment" of a sales and service organization.
