Tape and Reel Business Unit Peak’s tape and reel system is designed to protect sensitive integratedcircuits (ICs) from electrostatic discharges (ESD) and handlingdamages. The tape and reel system, including cover tapes, is used inhigh-speed automated assembly and testing operations. Tape widthsare available from 8mm up to 56mm, with pockets to carry most form factors, such as MLF, SOT, SOIC, MSOP, SSOP, BGA/CSP, QFP,TSSOP, TSOP, PLCC and more.
JEDEC Trays Business Unit Peak’s JEDEC trays are designed to protect sensitive integratedcircuits, such as microprocessors, from electrostatic discharges andhandling damages. The JEDEC trays are used in high-speedautomated assembly and testing operations. Standard sizes to carrymost form factors, such as CSP, BGA, CLCC/LCC, TSOP, QFP, PQFP,CQFP, QFN, QLP and more.
Advance Technology Business Unit The Advance Technology business unit designs and manufacturesmany specialty transport/handling trays for hard disk drive components, opto-electronic components, and other electronic devices. These transport trays are an integral part of the high speed assembly process required by these industries.
