*** Avert Labs is one of the most famous lab in the world.

Research Scientist Based in Beijing, China
Reporting to: Senior Manager(Base in USA), Engineering Research
This is a *** Policy Enforcer research and development position within *** Avert Labs. *** Policy Enforcer is a network access control product built using the Foundstone engine.

Responsibilities include:
write network code to manage third-party products
write network code to detect security vulnerabilities in software
perform related work as assigned

Experience required:
significant C/C++ knowledge and experience
writing network clients / implementing network protocols
experience triaging and fixing bugs, as well as working cases to closure
should be able to reimplement any protocol based on pcaps
should have experience reimplementing protocols with limited public documentation available
ideally likes the idea of working on a distributed team of very smart people from all over the world

Qualifications/Education:
Previous experience in network programming Ideally, previous experience at a security company doing development or previous experience on a distributed research
